Let's Journey together on our 4 week course
from the icy cold of an arctic winter which is how life can feel if we feel
‘gripped' by fear, to the warmth of the tropics where the inner glow of being
in tune with love warms our hearts and, radiates from us no matter what
the forecast outside is.
Water is the metaphor we are exploring in
this course, our fears often feel frozen and rigid, and it can seem difficult
in this state to comprehend existing in another state such as the flow of
water. A good dose of trusting and allowing is needed to apply heat to fear and
then you feel fear dissolve, as the illusion of fear dissolves and reveals the flow of what we love. Continuing to
trust and allow love, heats the flowing water more and more and it
becomes steam which can move even more freely. This is symbolic of the ease
grace and flow that happens as the illusion of fears dissolve and we come home to Love.
Week
1: Seeing through the illusion of fear and Allowing Love to Guide Me Home .... Turning the Heat up on Fear
Our journey starts at the realization that
our fears are painful memories on repeat play, each time we experience them we
are given another opportunity to see them in another way. We explore together
what fear is and what is behind fear. As we turn the heat up on fear, we begin to see the illusion and begin our journey home to love. We feel fear dissolves away
like an ice cube on a warm spring day and we are left with the fresh new growth
of love.
Week
2: Coming home to my true self
Our journey deepens as we explore and
reconnect with our deep inner selves, the essence of who we are. We explore our
relationship with our deeper self, and discover that when we are in tune with
our deep inner selves, when we feel as ‘one' we experience ‘flow' in our life.
Come home to our true selves, to our pure heart and clear mind, where nothing
exists and everything is possible, the home of inspiration. Come home to Love. I Choose Love.
Week
3: Journey to the unknown .... Letting go and Allowing the Divine to flow through
us
Our journey expands as we cross the
‘letting go and trusting' bridge which takes us beyond the known to the expanse
of infinite possibility, and to the grace that comes from allowing this moment
to ‘be', because it is. Traveling beyond the limitations of intentions to the
purity of inspiration, and allowing ‘the
breath of life' to flow through us. Love brings us home to peace,
where our soul's are free to experience the sweetness of Divinity.
Week
4: Being Grateful for the experience of the Journey. Now let the Adventure
Begin
Our journey comes home to our pure heart,
our playground. Where we experience life with a sparkle in our eyes, giggling
as a child does and home free to feel the joy and love from a pure heart. We find ourselves being grateful for
everything in our lives and for the experience of the journey. We all get to
set out on our own adventures with ‘toys' of Trust and Allowing and Letting Go,
and of seeing the Fullness of the experience, knowing that seeing and experiencing
the fullness of the experience is our homecoming. Ease and Grace, Love and
Gratitude.

My
background is in being with people during profound
life experiences such as Birth and Death. This has become my own profound life
experience. Part of my own transition has been the realization that it is me
that is healed when someone comes to me seeking my assistance. As people come
to me and share with me they help me to remember who I am, and give me an
opportunity to heal and love another aspect of me. The best thing I can do for
everyone around me is come home to my own truth. As I do this what is reflected
back to those around me is a clearer view of their own truth, Love.
My
personal journey of ‘Seeking
my own Truth' led me on a journey to the richness that comes from fully
experiencing life's rawest moments. I now know that when I awakened from the
illusion of fear, from the dream that I thought my life was, I naturally became
aware of who and what I am. I know what I most love, and that is, simply, to be
me. A sense of separation from Love, is the only lack I needed to correct.
Removing blocks such as fear brings awareness of love's presence. In my own
forgiveness I found inner peace. I choose Love.
I offer myself with an open heart, knowing
that the best thing I can do for you is to be true to myself. I will grow as
much by offering this series of calls, as you will by participating. For this I

I
offer the willingness to be with you at what ever
